Adaptors
are usually
manufactured with waveguide in brass CuZn 90/10; this material
permits us to use this product outdoor. At the same time, the flanges used
for their construction are in brass.
SOLDERING.
The flanges’ braze welding is the
strong type.
SURFACE TREATMENT.
The components, once realized, undergo
a first treatment of polishing and passivity, or silver-plating and then in
a second time they can be painted. The paints usually used are light
grey (RAL 7001), white (RAL 9010) or matt black (RAL 9005).
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
The
value of V.S.W.R. is included between 1.06 and 1.25 according to
circumstances.
